This Cracker Barrel-owned breakfast spot is coming near the Market Common Publix in Myrtle Beach
Maple Street Biscuit Company will serve up breakfast in Coventry Marketplace, near the Market Common Publix, starting this fall.
The Myrtle Beach location will be the fifth in South Carolina, joining locations in the Charleston and Greenville areas. Founded in Jacksonville, F.L., Maple Street Biscuits is owned by Cracker Barrel.
The breakfast restaurant will feature biscuit sandwiches and biscuits and gravy, with a sausage or shitake mushroom sauce.
Diners can wash down their brunch with a signature maple and vanilla latte or fresh-squeezed orange juice. The Maple Street Biscuit website says they make their own jams and sausage, among other items.
Trey Lucy, principal of Belk Lucy, the brokerage managing rentals in the plaza, said he looks forward to the restaurant using the patio and bringing “early morning and lunchtime activity” to the area. Lucy said the business hopes to open in September.
Since the opening of Publix near Market Common and Socastee in late November 2022, a variety of businesses have come to the shopping center, including Smoothie King, Wings Co. and Marco’s Pizza.
