Myrtle Beach’s largest pickleball courts are underway. Here’s where they’ll be

A new climate-controlled indoor pickball center will open next year in Carolina Forest.

The center, Dink District, will feature 14 pro-grade courts in a fully enclosed, climate controlled 40,000 square foot environment, according to an email from Chantal Salomon-Lee. She wrote that this new new venue will also feature a central Championship Court, perfect for hosting competitive tournaments.

A message was sent to Salomon-Lee on Monday morning asking for further comment on the new development.

Dink District will also offer a lounge area with food and beverages, a pro shop and locker rooms with showers, a release from the new facility read. They will have both membership and walk-in availability.

The new facility will allow players to play pickleball year-round, regardless of weather, according to the release.
