Doughnuts on the go: SC’s first drive-thru, walk-up Dunkin’ opening in Conway

South Carolina’s first drive-thru, walk-up-only Dunkin’ will open Monday in Conway.

The new restaurant at 2607 North Main St. will not have a dining room, but customers can order coffee, doughnuts and other breakfast food at a drive-thru or a walk-up window.

The on-the-go restaurants are branded Dunkin’ Go. It will be open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.

The new Dunkin’ is owned by local franchisee Dave Staley, president and CFO of Carolina Restaurant Partners, who said earlier this year that he hopes to open a second Dunkin’ Go location on Mr. Joe White Avenue in Myrtle Beach during the fourth quarter of 2022.

Staley owns more than 10 of the approximately 20 Dunkin’ locations in Horry and Georgetown counties. His stores stretch from Conway to Little River, Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach.

Dunkin’ has been expanding in the Grand Strand in recent months, including new locations in Longs and the Market Common area.

To commemorate the opening, the new restaurant is making a $3,000 donation, in conjunction with Dunkin’s Joy in Childhood Foundation, to the local Backpack Buddies program to help feed underprivileged youth in the area.
