Two Horry County men distributed child pornography, cops say, face decades behind bars

Two Horry County men face decades behind bars following a child pornography investigation.

The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office charged Tristan Thomas Logan and Macgyver Alexander Kirk-Frost, 30, of Murrells Inlet, with nine counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. The agency also charged Kevin S. Blank, 58, of Myrtle Beach, with seven counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

Kirk-Frost faces up to 190 years in prison, and Blank faces up to 70 years.

Investigators say the two distributed child pornography files. Kirk-Frost also possessed files of child pornography.

Officers from the state’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Horry County Sheriff’s Department made the arrests earlier this week.
