An Horry County Grand Jury indicted a Loris man in connection with two brothers being killed in a December vehicle crash, according to court records.

Craig Austin Livingston, 32, was indicted on two counts of felony driving under the influence with death in the Dec. 22 crash on Red Bluff Road, according to indictments released Tuesday.

Troopers with the S.C. Highway Patrol arrested Livingston and charged him in the deaths of 26-year-old Christopher Lee Waddell and his 17-year-old brother, Miles Tommy Waddell, authorities said.

Livingston remains jailed on $250,000 bond on the charges, according to records at J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

Troopers said Livingston was driving a 1998 Ford Sport Utility Vehicle when he crossed the center line and struck a 2007 Jeep Cherokee that was going north on Red Bluff Road. The crash happened about 8:15 p.m. Dec. 22.

Christopher Waddell was killed in the crash, but his brother was taken to Grand Strand Medical Center where he was treated until he died Dec. 30, authorities said.

Livingston also was charged with open container of beer or wine in a vehicle in the incident, troopers said.
