Several Myrtle Beach area hotels have gone on sale in 2024, and another establishment near the ocean is on the market, too.

The Aqua Beach Inn at 1301 Withers Drive is for sale on the commercial real estate listing platform LoopNet. Listed in October 2024, the 60 room hotel’s listed for $5.9 million.

Liat Edri, the real estate professional listed on LoopNet for the property, declined to comment. Built in 1986, the hotel’s been sold in recent years.

According to Horry County Land Records, the hotel last sold in 2018 for less than four million dollars. The Aqua Beach Inn joins other Myrtle Beach area hotels that recently went on sale on LoopNet.

The Happy Holiday Motel went on sale in August 2024 for $6.9 million. It joined The Lily & Bloom hotel on the market for $2.59 million and Indigo Tower for $7.4 million.
