A North Myrtle Beach hotel near the ocean is for sale. Here is the asking price
Several hotels and motels built in the middle of the 20th century have gone on sale on commercial real estate websites like LoopNet throughout the Myrtle Beach area.
Most are also located on the beach and were recently sold before being placed on the open market again. Indeed, more hotels are going up for sale.
LoopNet lists the La Dolce Vita Villas at 3701 N Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle Beach for $2.5 million. The property went on the commercial real estate platform in July 2024. Built in 1960, Horry County Land Records lists that the 14-room property last sold in 2022 for $2.05 million in February 2022.
Scott Matthews is the listed Realtor for the property. He did not return a request for comment before publication.
