An oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach is for sale. Here’s the asking price
Another Myrtle Beach area hotel is for sale. The Southern Breeze Oceanfront at 1901 South Ocean Blvd. is for sale on the commercial real estate platform LoopNet.
The asking price is $4.9 million for the 42-room hotel built in 1980. According to the LoopNeet posting, Southern Breeze Oceanfront had renovations in 2022. The property went up for sale in March 2024, the posting last updated Aug. 19, 2024.
The Realtor for the property, Liat Edri, declined to comment on the story. This isn’t the first time the Southern Breeze has been for sale in the last five years. In 2021, the hotel sold $3.4 million, according to Horry County Land Records.
The Southern Breeze Oceanfront joins several other hotels on the market. The Lily & Bloom hotel at 501 North Ocean Blvd. in Myrtle Beach is for sale for $2.59 million, while the oceanfront Indigo Tower at 2209 South Ocean Blvd is for sale for $7.4 million.
