The Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race” Myrtle Beach is about to go live.

“The Great Food Truck Race” filmed at various Myrtle Beach locations this past March. The trucks stopped by Plyer Park, Tidal Creek Brewhouse, 3421 Knoles St., Nance Plaza near Grand Strand Brewing, 819 N. Kings Highway, and Market Common’s Grand Park, The Sun News reported.

The episode will air for the first time on Aug. 17 at 8 p.m. EST, according to Food Network. Fans can watch on the cable channel for Food Network or online at HBO Max or the Food Network website.

The competitive reality TV series involves teams of food truck operators travel across the United States, facing cooking challenges and selling food in different cities each week. Teams are gradually eliminated based on their sales and performance, with the last remaining team winning $50,000 and sometimes their own food truck.

“The Great Food Truck Race” explored the South Atlantic Coast for its 18th season. Other pit stops include Charleston, Darlington and Savannah, Georgia. The season finale and eighth episode took place at Norfolk, Virginia.
