$5.8M waterfront home coming to Myrtle Beach will have resort-style pool and spa
A new $5.8 million waterfront home is coming to Myrtle Beach’s shores in 2026.
The luxury build is taking place at 3604 Ocean Boulevard North, according to a Zillow listing posted Friday by Resourceful Realty. The five-bedroom, single-family home will be a car-lover’s paradise, with a five-car garage and an oversized driveway.
Other unique features of the 5,270-square-foot build are its resort-style pool and spa, positioned so residents can swim and relax while taking in ocean views. Sitting on a 20,247 square foot lot, the home is being built to include ample indoor and outdoor entertainment space.
No renderings of the inside of the home have been made available.
Each bedroom in the house will have its own private en-suite bathroom, and there will be an additional guest bathroom.
The home will also have an elevator for increased accessibility. Additional features include open-concept floor plans, ample storage, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows offering sweeping ocean views.
The gourmet kitchen will house luxury appliances, a large dining area, a walk-in pantry and a wine display, according to the listing.
Horry County land records show that the property on which the house is being built was sold in January 2025 to 36th Avenue LLC by Sutton Collection MYR Beachhouse LLC. The original building on the property was built in 1935, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, records show.
