These Myrtle Beach area restaurants can take some of the work off your plate with their special holiday meals on Christmas Day.

From classic holiday meals to seafood buffets, there’s something for everyone — and restaurants are taking reservations now.

The Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bar - 4269 Luck Ave., Little River

The Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bar will be open on Christmas from noon to 7 p.m. serving a three-course holiday meal. The refined menu features escargot, filet wellington, Christmas bread pudding and other options.

Meals are $59 per person, and reservations can be made by calling 843-249-2601.

Uptown Bistro - 6901 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach

Uptown Bistro will be open on Christmas and offering entrée specials such as grilled salmon and linguine with clams. The restaurant’s regular menu will also be available.

Carolina Seafood and Steak - 9911 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach

Carolina Seafood and Steak will host a festive Christmas dinner buffet on Christmas Day from noon to 9 p.m. The spread will include Christmas classics, as well as coastal specialties, and diners will find everything from holiday ham to shrimp scampi on the menu.

The dinner is $65 for adults and $35 for kids 12 and under. Reservations can be made by calling 843-945-9288.

Black Drum Brewing - 9750 Queensway Blvd., Myrtle Beach

Black Drum Brewing is hosting Christmas at Black Drum, with a Christmas Day family style meal from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Menu items include crispy duck with sweet corn wontons and braised lamb shoulder.

Landry’s Seafood House - 1312 Celebrity Circle, Myrtle Beach

Landry’s Seafood House will offer a menu of holiday features on Christmas Day. Diners have a choice of a blackened mahi mahi meal or a crescent city snapper meal.

Gulfstream Cafe - 1536 S Waccamaw Drive, Murrells Inlet

Gulfstream Cafe will be open from 3 to 8 p.m. on Christmas with its regular menu.

New York Prime - 405 28th Ave. North, Myrtle Beach

New York Prime will be open this Christmas serving up its signature steaks. But for those who prefer to enjoy a chef-cooked meal from the comfort of their homes, the restaurant will also offer a take-home Christmas dinner that includes slow-roasted beef tenderloin and New York cheesecake.

The $499 meal feeds five to six people and the $299 meal feeds two to three. Meals can be ordered online here and picked up on Dec. 24 or 25.

RipTydz Oceanfront Grille and Rooftop Bar - 1210 N. Ocean Blvd., Myrtle Beach

RipTydz is hosting a special Christmas Day lunch and dinner, starting at 11 a.m. The menu features she crab soup, garlic encrusted prime rib and “Merry Me Chicken.”

Greg Norman Australian Grille - 4930 US 17 South, North Myrtle Beach

Thoroughbreds Chophouse - 9706 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach

Thoroughbreds Chophouse will feature special holiday dishes on Christmas such as seared duck breast and apple beignets, in addition to their regular menu. There will also be festive drinks.
