Q. Do you consider yourself a mixologist?

A. I do that every day!

Q. What do you like to mix?

A. I mix two drinks a lot, a Bloody Mary and a Tequila Sunrise. I’m not sure why people like those so much. There are no secret ingredients, but they’re good because I mix them just right.

Q. What makes them just right?

A. Not too many people can make a tequila sunrise just perfect.

Q. Are these old family recipes?

A. No, I learned them from watching YouTube. YouTube teaches you everything. They have all kinds of stuff on how to mix drinks. It’s where I learned to do all my drinks.

Q. How often do you watch YouTube for lessons on mixing drinks?

A. I do it every day, I like to learn new things.

Q. What’s the strangest drink you know?

A. Sex on the Beach is good ... and now there is a drink called A Piece of Ass.

Q. What exactly is in A Piece of Ass?

A. A Piece of Ass is fruity. All kinds of stuff goes in it. I think the main ingredient is vodka.

Q. Do you make any drinks with bacon?

A. We have never used bacon in a drink, but I’ll look into that.

Q. What do you like to do in your off hours?

A. I like to clean and organize things. My favorite show is “Bar Rescue.”
