In case you thought Rosa Linda's has the same menu as last year - it doesn't. The dishes are completely different now, and the recipes are lighter and healthier with the elimination of lard and canned or frozen ingredients. All the Southwestern fare is made from scratch, and what I've tasted is delish, including Chili con Queso, Guacamole, Chicken Enchilada Suizas and Black Beans...
