Where are those golf deals for locals?

Re: March 25 letter from Paul Paquette, “Bad business to end golf season in Myrtle Beach for snowbirds in the middle of March”

I have just one question for Paul Paquette. Where can I find these golf courses he mentions in his letter that offer considerable discounts to locals?

I am a local and would like to play more golf but can’t afford it.
