A 30-year-old woman faces charges that she drove through a crowd outside a North Las Vegas In-N-Out restaurant after a drive-thru dispute, Nevada police told news outlets..

Jessica DeFalco, of Las Vegas, faces charges including attempted murder in the incident, which took place at 12:25 a.m. Saturday, April 30, police told KLAS.

Two people were hurt in the incident, including one man who was dragged beneath DeFalco’s vehicle, police told The Las Vegas Review-Journal.

A dispute began in the drive-thru line at an In-N-Out restaurant when DeFalco began honking at the vehicle ahead of her, police told KSNV.

When the other driver pulled out of the line after receiving their order, DeFalco pulled her car in front of them and stopped, police told the station. DeFalco and the other driver got out of their vehicles to argue as onlookers took videos of the dispute.

“DeFalco felt bullied, turned her car around and ran into them,” a police report said, according to The Las Vegas Review-Journal. “She felt that was the only option she had.”

She drove away but police tracked her down using her license plate caught on one of the videos of the incident, KLAS reported.

Investigators also found the bumper from her car at the scene, The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported. Onlookers told police DeFalco intentionally drove into people.

“They deserved it,” DeFalco told police, KLAS reported.

McClatchy News reached out to the North Las Vegas Police Department on Tuesday, May 10, and is awaiting response.
