A 53-year-old woman who told police she met a man to buy drugs was robbed of cash then cited by police for loitering, according to a Myrtle Beach police report.

Officers were called about 3:30 a.m. Wednesday to a store on the 3900 block of Little River Road in reference to an armed robbery, police said.

Authorities met with the victim who said she received numerous phone calls from a man calling from a restricted number, offering to sell her drugs, according to the report.

The victim said she met a man she didn’t recognize who pulled out a gun and asked for all her money. The suspect took $20 from the victim and riffled through her car from more money, police said.
