A Conway gun shop has closed after burglars drove a car into the business and stole multiple firearms.

The Hunters Outpost, at 3035 Bashor Dr., closed Nov. 21 after nine years in business, according to a post by the company’s Facebook page.

Horry County Police responded Oct. 25 to a break-in at the shop and found video surveillance showed multiple people exiting the vehicle after crashing it through a wall and stealing weapons, The Sun News previously reported.

The suspects were able to leave on foot and haven’t yet been arrested. The car they used was also determined to be stolen.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the National Shooting Sports Foundation are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for anyone who can offer information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved, according to a release from the ATF.

An owner told WBTW News this was the second time in four months the store had been robbed, and they were closing to avoid any future thefts.
