Another person arrested in connection to double murder in Longs

Police have arrested another person in connection to the murder of two brothers in Longs.

Quartez Rae Kwon Livingston, 23, was arrested on Sunday, according to Horry County police. He was booked into J. Reuben Long Detention Center on Monday.

Police previously said Livingston was wanted for murder.

On March 7, police went to S.C. Highway 90 and Melissa Lane, where they found two siblings who were shot and killed. The victims were identified as Tavon Marquel Livingston, 26, and Shamon Dayvon Livingston, 25.

Officers previously arrested Tiyen Shabaz Stockdale, 20, of Longs, in connection to the case. Police charged Stockdale with two counts of murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He remains in J. Reuben Long Detention Center as bail has not been set.
