Second suspect wanted in connection to shooting that left two Longs brothers dead

Horry County police have named a second suspect who is wanted in connection to a murder in Longs that left two brothers dead.

Quartez Rae Kwon Livingston, 23, of Longs, is wanted in connection to the March 7 shooting near Highway 90 and Melissa Lane that left siblings Tavon Marquel Livingston, 26, and Shamon Dayvon Livingston, 25, of Longs, dead, according to a HCPD news release. He is wanted for murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

Police previously arrested Tiyen Shabaz Stockdale, 20, of Longs, who faces two counts of murder and one count of possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He remains incarcerated at J. Reuben Long Detention Center and no bail has been set.

Livingston, also known ask “Ray Ray” and “Rich,” is known to frequent the Poplar and Freemont areas, the release states. He is approximately 5-foot-10 and 164 pounds.
