A Myrtle Beach hotel right on the oceanfront is for sale, making it one of the priciest on the market in 2025.

At 2209 South Ocean Blvd, the Indigo Hotel went on sale on the commercial real estate website LoopNet in late March 2025. Built in 1974, the Indigo Hotel is close to the Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the asking price for the hotel is $7.9 million.

According to the listing, the hotel has a pool and received a renovation in 2025.

Liat Edris, the real estate professional representing the property, declined a request to comment from The Sun News.

Horry County Land Records show that the Indigo Hotel last sold in February 2024 for less than $3.9 million.

For comparison, the 54-room hotel is one of the priciest hotels to go on the market in 2025. The Sun News reported on the most expensive hotels for sale in the Myrtle Beach area, and the Indigo Hotel’s $7.9 million asking price is the second most expensive hotel for sale on the Grand Strand in April 2025.

The Four Points By Sheraton along the Intracoastal Waterway in Myrtle Beach’s for sale price of $23 million is the most expensive hotel for sale along the Grand Strand.
