The Donut Man, a popular doughnut shop in Myrtle Beach, permanently closed last week.

The shop, located at 200 South Kings Highway, closed after being in business for more than a decade.

A sign on the door of the restaurant reads, “It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of our donut shop. We have loved serving you delicious donuts and coffee, but it is time for us to move on to new adventures.”

The doughnut shop received good reviews, earning a four-star rating with over 1,600 reviews on Google. It served a myriad of doughnuts, including classics and creative ones, such as a red velvet doughnut and one cut in half with fruit in the middle.

It is unclear what is next for the building. There is a for sale sign on the property.
