More new apartment complexes are coming to the North Myrtle Beach area as new development continues throughout the Grand Strand.

Called the Encore at North Myrtle Beach, the new complex will have at least five buildings for multi-family use, a pool house and a clubhouse, according to Horry County Land records. Encore at North Myrtle Beach is at 111 Teal Circle in Little River, although the land is part of Horry County and is down the road from the Crave 4 Salon & Wellness.

The land is owned by ENMB LLC, whose business address is registered in Greensboro N.C. the 22.69-acre property has a market value of about $2.04 million, according to Horry County Land Records. ENMB LLC bought the lot in 2021 for $2.2 million, according to Horry County Land Records.

The new project is currently underway in a recent hot spot for development. Next to the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex along Robert Edge Parkway, two new apartment complexes and a commercial site are either open, planned or under construction.

The Lorrel is a 270-unit apartment complex opening next to the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex with amenities like a pool, pickle ball, bocce ball and other services available to new residents.

Across the street from The Lorrell, The Parkway Apartments is a 360-unit complex that expects to begin leasing in February 2024. An additional commercial property is being planned next to the apartment complex that will cost around $70 million to complete and will have three playgrounds and two pools.
