Another new apartment complex has arrived in the North Myrtle Beach, SC. area.
The Lorrel is an 11-building luxury complex with 270 units— 130 one-bedroom apartments, 124 two-bedroom apartments and 16 three-bedroom apartments.
Prospective tenants can currently choose from four-floor plans with prices ranging from $1,399 a month to $2,349 a month.
The complex has a pool, dog park, pickleball, bocce ball and other amenities, according to City of North Myrtle Beach Public Information Officer Lauren Eckersley.
The complex is operated by the property management company RKW Residential, which did not return a request for comment before publication.
The Lorrel is at 3465 Sandler Blvd. in Little River.
It’s not the only apartment complex opening in the area. The Parkway Apartments is another new development across Robert Edge Parkway from The Lorrel at 10600 Highway 90.
The apartments have 360 units as well as several playgrounds and pools. Both are next to North Myrtle Beach Park & Sports Complex, which was a $36 million investment by the city, The Sun News reported in June 2021.
