Construction is nearly complete on a storefront in the Carolina Forest area.

The new location is at 2248 Carolina Forest Blvd and will have nine spots for stores and will sit next to a new Shell Station, which, along with a convenience store, opened recently.

Forest Marketplace will be operated by Match Property Managers. Robert Leopard of Match Property Managers could not be reached for comment.

Called Forest Marketplace, the business site will feature a nail salon, according to a 2022 report by MyHorryNews.

Royal Panthera LLC owns the Forest Market and Shell Station property. A Mullins, SC construction company, Royal Panthera bought the property for $390 thousand, and the land currently has a market value of about $544 thousand.
