Condé Nast Traveler listed Myrtle Beach as one of the 14 best affordable beach destinations in the world.

The publication lauded Myrtle Beach’s relatively cheap prices, compared to other S.C. beaches like Charleston and Hilton Head. Condé Nast Traveler recommended the full kitchens and beach access at Willow Bay Resort, located on North Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach.

The list included beaches around the world, from New Jersey to the Philippines. Locations were chosen based on flight deals, favorable currency exchange rates and accommodation prices.

Myrtle Beach has been appearing on national rankings in recent months. Tripadvisor said Myrtle Beach was the second-most searched summer destination on the travel website for 2023 and a top trending winter destination. Myrtle Beach was named 2022’s fastest growing city in the country by U.S. News and World Report.
