A Myrtle Beach man died after driving into ditch Tuesday in Horry County
A Myrtle Beach man died after a crash left his vehicle in a ditch Tuesday, according to the Horry County Coroner’s Office.
Mark Gasque, 41, was taken to the hospital, where he died from his injuries, Chief Deputy Coroner Tamara Willard said in an email.
Gasque was the only person in the car when he ran off the road and into a ditch on Highway 707 in Horry County just south of Myrtle Beach, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol Trooper Tyler Tidwell said.
Gasque was traveling north on the highway at 2:40 p.m. when the crash happened, Tidwell added.
