Got your green on? Here’s a list of places to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend in the Myrtle Beach area, whether you’re looking for live music, drink specials, or Irish food.

Luck of the Marshwalk

5 p.m. Thursday

4025 Highway 17 Business, Murrells Inlet

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in Murrells Inlet along the marshwalk with drink specials, Irish-inspired food, live music and a costume contest. Festivities begin at 5 p.m.

Barefoot Landing Pub & Grub Crawl

4-8 p.m. Friday

4898 Highway 17 South, North Myrtle Beach

Barefoot Landing will host a pub crawl to benefit the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach to kick off St. Patrick’s Day weekend. Activities include live music, food, drink, retail specials, raffles and a scavenger hunt.

The second-annual charity event will include live music from the Walker Godwin Duo and a photo opportunity from 4-7 p.m. The dog shelter parade, which will showcase dogs available for adoption, is set to begin at 6:30 p.m.

Advance online registration for the event costs $20. Wristbands can be purchased the day of the event for $25.

All proceeds will go to the Humane Society of North Myrtle Beach.

North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday

Main Street, North Myrtle Beach

The 32nd annual North Myrtle Beach St. Patrick’s Day parade is this weekend after being postponed due to severe weather. The parade will take place on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. Touted as the biggest St. Patrick’s Day parade in the Grand Strand, the parade returns this year after being canceled two years in a row due to the pandemic.

Ripley’s Aquarium Sharks and Shamrocks

6-8 p.m. Saturday

1110 Celebrity Circle, Myrtle Beach

The Myrtle Beach aquarium will host St. Patrick’s Day festivities featuring a live DJ, dancing, raffles, prizes, games, food, beer and a costume competition. Participants who dress to impress could earn the chance to be crowned King and Queen of the Reef.

Local breweries, including Tidal Creek and Crooked Hammock, will serve 5-ounce taster pours of lagers, ciders, IPAs and other beers.
