Is your internet out? What Spectrum said about the reported Myrtle Beach area outages
Some Spectrum customers in the Carolina Forest area are reporting internet outages and the company says it is working on getting those problems fixed.
“A third party working in the Carolina Forest area damaged our fiber. Our technical teams are working to restore services as quickly as possible for those impacted customers. We apologize for the inconvenience,” said Patrick Paterno, Director of Public Relations for Charter Communications, which operates under the Spectrum brand.
A similar issue happened in Carolina Forest on March 23.
Spectrum’s outage map shows a couple clusters near Carolina Forest and another northwest of Conway.
