WWE wrestling legend shows gentler side during stop in Myrtle Beach

A Myrtle Beach attraction helped turned one of the scariest wrestlers into a big teddy bear.

The Undertaker, whose real name is Mark Calaway, and his wife Michelle McCool were recently on the Grand Strand to visit the Myrtle Beach Safari.

McCool shared their visit in a Saturday Instagram posts with photos and videos of the two and various animals.

“Best.....day....EVER!!!!! @myrtlebeachsafari & @docantle at @myrtlebeachsafaritours have the most incredible experience ever! It’s a bucket list item that I’d suggest to the world! @rarespeciesfund is doing amazing work to help save these tigers! Blessed to have learned more about these incredible creatures!” she wrote.

The two are the latest celebrities to stop by the Safari off Folly Road. Boxer Floyd Mayweather and YouTube celebrities The ACE Family also visited in recent years.

The Undertaker is best known for his “dead man” persona during a 30-year career in the WWE. He also had 21 straight victories at the industry’s biggest event, Wrestlemania, and won more than dozen championships. The Undertaker is scheduled to participate in Wrestlemania 36 on April 5.

McCool was also a member of the WWE, winning multiple championships.
