Hang ten: Surf, apparel store opens at Tanger Outlets in the North Myrtle Beach area

Shoppers will have another option when venturing the North Myrtle Beach area with Quite Storm Surf Shop opening at Tanger Outlets.

The Maryland-based outdoor apparel shop, considered one of the largest surf shops in the country, is open at the U.S. Hwy. 17 shopping center between Tommy Bahama Outlet and Fossil. The retailer offers a wide selection of clothing, accessories, surf gear and skateboards for men, women and children, while also providing popular name-brand merchandise.

“Quiet Storm Surf Shop is the perfect addition to our diverse merchant mix and will offer shoppers … beach-inspired apparel and merchandise for the entire family,” Tanger Outlets general manager Tammy Cox said in a news release.

Shoppers can find brands, including Billabong, Ripcurl, Patagonia, Salty Crew, HUK, Pure Lure, RVCA, O’Neill, Roxy, Quiksilver, and more. Sandals by Reef, Rainbow and Sanuk are also availalbe.
