Oink, oink! Mini pig named ‘Biscuit’ sends Myrtle Beach police on a beach chase

After a red Jeep and plenty of fossil teeth have been found on the sand in Myrtle Beach this year, something new — with a squeal — was captured by police.

Biscuit, a mini pig, was captured by Myrtle Beach police and will soon be reunited with family members who are vacationing from North Carolina, according to the department.

The 6-week-old pig was captured by officers behind Damon’s restaurant near 29th Avenue South after escaping Sunday, said Cpl. Thomas Vest with MBPD.
