Teen charged in death of Conway taxi cab driver

Malik Dajour Garner, 18, of Conway has been arrested in the fatal shooting of David John Bennett, 54, of Conway on Nov. 21.

Bennett was sitting in his taxi when Garner shot him in the chest one time.

Garner is the second person who was arrested in connection with the murder.

Lloyd Edward Pertelle, 18, of Conway was arrest on Nov. 23 and was charged with accessory after the fact to felonly murder.
