A national chain restaurant’s Myrtle Beach location is for sale.

According to the commercial real estate platform LoopNet, Chili’s eatery at 4401 N Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach is for sale. The asking price is more than $2.2 million.

Dylan Freeney, a real estate professional representing the property, said the property has received offers since going on the market last week.

This isn’t time the restaurant went on the market in the last six years. Horry County Land Records shows that the eatery sold for $2.4 million in 2019 and $2.85 million in 2006.

The sale comes as Chili’s national performance compares well to its contemporaries in the industry. As The Wall Street Journal reported in 2025, Chili’s strong sales stand in contrast to its struggling contemporaries.

Other sit-down fast-dining restaurants like TGI Friday’s and Red Lobster have faced bankruptcy or closed some or all of their Grand Strand locations. Meanwhile, CNBC reported in 2024 that Chili’s sales increased in recent years after weathering financial adversity after the Great Recession.
