An oceanfront hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC is for sale. Here’s what we know
An oceanfront timeshare resort is for sale in Myrtle Beach for less than $1 million.
The Beach House Golf & Racquet Club, located on N Ocean Boulevard, has been listed for sale for $700,000 on a commercial property site.
The resort is currently closed, according to a statement on its website. A call to the resort’s main phone number was unable to be completed on Thursday morning.
“For the safety of everyone the resort is not accepting reservations and the premises are not accessible,” the statement read.
All units have oceanfront views and offer extended-stay style amenities, according to the listing. The building is 29,422 square feet.
Horry County property records show that the last time the building was sold was on Dec. 31, 1969.
