It’s safe to say you won’t go hungry at Myrtle Beach’s Broadway at the Beach.

The hub of attractions, restaurants and sweets shops is sure to keep you busy and well fed with restaurant options galore. But that doesn’t mean all restaurants are created equal.

To find out what are the best places to eat at Broadway at the Beach, The Sun News ran a poll for our readers to tell us where their loyalties lie. The poll was open for several days, and people could submit as many votes as they wanted.

Out of the 20-plus restaurants included in the poll, one restaurant was the winner, far and away:

Grumpy Monk’s, known for its catch-all menu extending from classic bar appetizers to sushi, garnered nearly 275 votes, more than two-thirds of the overall vote.

Grumpy Monk’s has locations in North Myrtle Beach and Carolina Forest along with Broadway at the Beach.

We also asked readers to tell us where they go to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Many shops offer ice cream or other sweets at Broadway at the Beach. In our readers’ eyes, Cold Stone Creamery was the best.

The cult favorite ice cream shop includes customizable treats and an array of flavors to choose from.

Cold Stone earned 22% of the votes with 72 votes. Ben and Jerry’s was second to Cold Stone with 18% of the vote.
