New Myrtle Beach luxury home for sale. It’s the second most expensive in city
A new oceanfront mansion is on the market on Myrtle Beach’s Golden Mile.
It’s the second most expensive home for sale in the area.
The single-family home, located at 4304 N. Ocean Blvd., is 5,497 square feet of contemporary luxury, and has an asking price of $6.3 million.
The only home more expensive on the local market is Myrtle Beach Mayor Brenda Bethune’s Ocean Boulevard North mansion, with an asking price of $6.75 million.
Boasting five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the home is an entirely new construction, estimated to be complete in 2026, according to its Zillow listing. The home is not yet built, and is still pending approval from the city, according to listing agent Colby Rowe. It will sit on almost half an acre with oceanfront views and was listed by Rowe Ventures.
Behind the home’s sleek black-and-white exterior will be an outdoor kitchen, covered cabana, hardwood floors, black windows, an elevator, a game room and a pool. It sits among some of the Myrtle Beach area’s most expensive luxury homes on the Golden Mile.
Each of the five bedrooms is described as “oversized,” and comes with its own private bathroom.
The 13-by-19-square-foot kitchen will be fitted with stainless steel appliances, a pantry and an exhaust fan.
Beyond the pool and porches, the home’s outdoor space will have its own irrigation and sprinkler system, as well as fencing.
The home will be ready for guests or a large family, with an in-law floor plan and four attached garage parking spaces. Bedrooms will be scattered throughout its three levels, and residents can enjoy the sunny Myrtle Beach weather on its balconies and porches.
The home is not part of an HOA, according to Zillow, and is allowed to be used for long-term rentals.
