What’s your favorite thing about being a bartender? All the different people I get to meet.

What’s your least favorite thing about being a bartender? All the needy people.

What adjective best describes your body at the end of a busy night? Numb.

Do you have any hobbies? I have a 5-year-old daughter who takes up all my spare time. My life is my kid, but when we have a minute, we try to enjoy the beach.

How much do you actually get to the beach? That’s funny … once this year. I actually moved closer to the beach last year, but I still don’t get there as much as I want to. Since I’ve lived here, I love the idea of the beach, but I work so much during the summer that I never get the time to get there.

Where are you from? Southern New Jersey, I moved here about three years ago for the beach and to give my daughter a better life.

What’s been the best part about living on the Grand Strand? I met my amazing boyfriend.

What makes him amazing? He’s a God-loving man, and he’s been a great father figure to my daughter.

What do you miss most about New Jersey? The pizza and the cheesesteaks and then my family, in that order. … You just can’t get food like that down here. Oh, and pork roll, I miss the pork roll. They don’t have that down here, either.

Where do you see yourself in five years? I can see myself owning my own business. I don’t know what that business will be yet, but definitely see myself being my own boss.
