A content creator and reality TV star who has gone viral for giving people a peek into her life living with Tourette syndrome, was spotted at a popular Myrtle Beach restaurant this week.
Baylen Dooley, who got her start on TikTok and now has a show on TLC, posed for photos with staff at 44 & King, a Southern-style restaurant located on 515 44th Avenue North. The restaurant posted their photos on Facebook Friday afternoon with Dooley and her now husband, Colin, who she married in May.
Dooley has acquired more than 15 million followers across TikTok and Instagram since she first started making content. The first season of her show on TLC “Baylen Out Loud” premiered at the beginning of 2025. Both her social media and the reality show aims to help raise awareness for Tourette syndrome.
The show follows the journey of Dooley and her friends and family as she navigates being a young woman with Tourette syndrome. Dooley first began sharing her journey on social media, where she would share information about her diagnosis, including its symptoms like tics.
“Baylen Out Loud” has three seasons out on TLC and can be streamed on Hulu.
