Police investigate shooting in Longs area

Horry County police are investigating a shooting that happened overnight Tuesday in the Longs area.

Police and Horry County Fire Rescue responded to a shooting at a condo on South Shore Boulevard near Longs just after 10 p.m. Tuesday after one person was shot, officials said.

The victim’s condition is unknown, according to Lt. Raul Denis with the Horry County police department.
