Body found at abandoned Carolina Forest construction site, coroner says
A body was found in a portable toilet Tuesday evening in Carolina Forest, said Horry County Deputy Coroner Darris Fowler.
Fowler said the body was found at an "abandoned construction site" off Silver Crest Drive and no foul play is suspected. He said the cause of death is unknown.
The incident is under investigation.
