Human remains of two people found in Horry County
The human remains of two people were found in the Bucksville section of Horry County on Saturday.
The remains are believed to be those of a man and woman, according to Darris Fowler, Horry County deputy coroner.
The remains will be sent to the Medical University of South Carolina to identify the victims and determine their causes of death, Fowler said.
He said it would likely take a week or more to before the cause of death and victims’ identities are released.
Horry County police are investigating.
