Conway police respond to shooting Thursday

Update:

The victim of the shooting has been identified as a 16-year-old male victim. His injuries are not life threatening.

The victim did advise police that the shooting took place in the rear parking lot area of Pizza Inn.

The incident is currently being investigated.

Conway police responded to a shooting Thursday evening in the area of Pine Street and Highway 501.

One person was injured and transported to the hospital for treatment, the report said.

The case is still ongoing.
