Billy McKinney drove in Mark Zagunis with one out in the seventh inning to lead the Myrtle Beach Pelicans to a 4-3 come-from-behind victory over the Winston-Salem Dash on Sunday.

Zagunis led off the inning with a triple to set up the go-ahead run.

Jacob Rogers and Jeimer Candelario also drove in runs for the Pelicans, who split the series.

CCU softball

▪ Coastal Carolina’s Kory Hayden and Bri Chiusano were selected to the Big South Softball Tournament’s all-tournament team.

Hayden hit .417 with two home runs and seven RBIs in the Chants’ four games. Chiusano batted a team-high .429, scored three times and drove in one.
