The 23rd Myrtle Beach Marathon was held Saturday and included the full 26.2-mile marathon, a half marathon and a 5-kilometer race.

All three races ended at Pelicans Ballpark, and while the longer races also began near the baseball stadium, the 5K started on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.

Matthew Leonard of Johnson City, Tennessee, 29, won the marathon in 2:36:13 and Heather Zealand of Forest, Virginia, won the women’s division in 2:57:38.

Matthew Martin of China Grove, N.C., won the half marathon in 1:07:27 and Matt Shock of Greenville, S.C., won the 5K in 16 minutes flat.
