Waccamaw in front after first round of Class AA state golf tourney
Waccamaw’s Patrick Golden shot a 67 to take a four-stroke individual lead and put the Warriors in front of Bishop England by seven strokes after the first round of the Class AA boys golf state championship tournament Monday at True Blue Plantation.
Waccamaw shot 290 as a team, followed by Bishop England (297) and Andrew Jakcson (312).
