‘Motivation Monday’ set for local baseball, softball teams
The area’s baseball and softball teams still playing get a bit of a breather on Sunday.
They’ll certainly need it.
On Monday, 15 area programs will resume play. That includes four teams playing second-round games and 11 who face the potential end of their season with one more loss.
Only three Grand Strand teams, Carolina Forest baseball and Aynor baseball and softball, have already secured a spot in their respective district finals.
