Less than two weeks after Carolina Forest’s Jakob Frishmuth and Bryar Johnson verbally committed to College of Charleston and Coastal Carolina, respectively, the two Panthers pitchers were selected for an elite fall showcase.

Frishmuth and Johnson were each invited to the South Atlantic Border Battle, an event featuring some of the best seniors and juniors from South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Delaware. This year’s games will take place Oct. 3-4 at the University of North Carolina.
