Impact board

If you are a golfer who tends to hit pushes and hooks with shallow divots behind the ball you want to use this aid to improve your ball flight and contact. Take an impact board; a clip board with the clip part removed from it will work well. Place the board about 6 to 10 inches behind the ball. The idea here is to make a swing and you want to miss the board. If you have a swing that is too shallow on the way down (inside-out) you will hit the board. By just trying to hit the ball and miss the board you will have the proper impact – ball then ground, not ground then ball.
