BRAD REDDING TIP OF THE WEEK

This is one of my favorite tools because it can be used for many issues. Hinging your wrists is an essential part of a golf swing. This includes pitching and bunker play. A lot of golfers tend to bend their wrist, which is a side-to-side motion. The wrists need to hinge up and down. I also like it because you use it on your golf clubs and can hit balls with it, which I think is a vital part of any good training aid.
If you have an issue with your golf game, Brad Redding is fielding reader questions at brad@bradreddinggolf.com and will provide answers directly and in future tips.
