Brad Redding Tip of the Week

Path

The Swingyde is a great tool to help you get the club to swing on a correct path. You see what happens in the backswing is you need for the club to go up the correct amount and around the correct amount. What makes the club go up is the hinging of your wrists and what makes it go around is the left forearm rotates. The Swingyde helps you feel the hinging and it also helps your forearm and club stay in line as you rotate the forearm, getting the club to “Stay On Plane” in the backswing.

If you have an issue with your golf game, Brad Redding is fielding reader questions at brad@bradreddinggolf.com and will provide answers directly and in future tips.
